By accessing or using Savings Spy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above.

Savings Spy is a community-driven platform where users share and discover deals across New Zealand. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these rules.

You must not post spam, duplicate deals, or content unrelated to genuine savings or offers. You must not submit deals you know to be expired, fake, or misleading. Pricing and deal information must be as accurate as you can reasonably make it at the time of posting.

Harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks on other users will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these community standards, without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Savings Spy, including deal submissions and comments. By posting content, you grant Savings Spy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Savings Spy accepts no liability for user-submitted content.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your identity will be removed from the Platform. Your deal posts and comments will remain but will be attributed to "Anonymous Agent."

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Platform.

Savings Spy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that deals posted by the community are accurate, current, or available. All deal information is user-submitted and has not been verified by Savings Spy.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Savings Spy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any deal information posted by users.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect from the updated effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
